廣(guang)(guang)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)人(ren)民政(zheng)府最近(jin)發(fa)(fa)布《廣(guang)(guang)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)人(ren)民政(zheng)府關于頒發(fa)(fa)2020年(nian)(nian)度(du)廣(guang)(guang)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)科學(xue)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)獎的(de)通(tong)報》(粵(yue)府〔2021〕14號),批準授予2020年(nian)(nian)度(du)廣(guang)(guang)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)科學(xue)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)獎。我(wo)司自(zi)主(zhu)研發(fa)(fa)的(de)“鋰離子動(dong)力電(dian)池用(yong)極(ji)薄(bo)電(dian)解銅箔核心技(ji)(ji)術(shu)研發(fa)(fa)及產業化”項目(mu)榮獲2020年(nian)(nian)度(du)“廣(guang)(guang)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)科學(xue)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)進步獎二(er)等獎”。
“鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)動力(li)電(dian)池用極薄電(dian)解銅(tong)(tong)箔(bo)(bo)核心技(ji)術(shu)(shu)研(yan)發及(ji)產(chan)業(ye)化(hua)”項目(mu),通過(guo)對電(dian)解銅(tong)(tong)箔(bo)(bo)各級工藝進(jin)行(xing)研(yan)發與優化(hua),完(wan)成電(dian)解銅(tong)(tong)箔(bo)(bo)特種添加(jia)劑配方與添加(jia)方法、甚低(di)輪廓銅(tong)(tong)箔(bo)(bo)用陰極輥研(yan)磨技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、銅(tong)(tong)箔(bo)(bo)-表面(mian)處(chu)理(li)一體(ti)化(hua)集(ji)成技(ji)術(shu)(shu)以及(ji)多卷同(tong)步分切一體(ti)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)等系列關鍵技(ji)術(shu)(shu)的攻關工作,實現鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)電(dian)池極薄電(dian)解銅(tong)(tong)箔(bo)(bo)穩定生產(chan)。項目(mu)多項技(ji)術(shu)(shu)填補(bu)國內空白,技(ji)術(shu)(shu)創(chuang)新(xin)程度高(gao),整體(ti)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)達到國際(ji)先進(jin)水平。
目(mu)前(qian),我(wo)司(si)(si)產(chan)品占(zhan)國內(nei)鋰離子(zi)動力(li)(li)電(dian)池用(yong)電(dian)解銅(tong)箔30%以上市場份額,位居(ju)國內(nei)前(qian)三,其中代表國內(nei)外最(zui)先進的(de)4.5μm極薄高端鋰電(dian)銅(tong)箔占(zhan)全球50%以上市場份額,位居(ju)行(xing)業(ye)第一。接下來我(wo)司(si)(si)將充(chong)分利用(yong)極薄電(dian)解銅(tong)箔行(xing)業(ye)高速發展(zhan)的(de)良機,持續提升科技自主(zhu)創(chuang)新能力(li)(li),加(jia)(jia)快(kuai)基礎研究突破(po)和關鍵核(he)心(xin)技術攻關,加(jia)(jia)速科技成果向(xiang)現(xian)實(shi)生產(chan)力(li)(li)轉化,加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)科技創(chuang)新與合作,加(jia)(jia)快(kuai)產(chan)業(ye)項目(mu)布局,致力(li)(li)成為鋰離子(zi)電(dian)池材料領域最(zui)具影響(xiang)力(li)(li)的(de)領軍企(qi)業(ye)。
